My main focus is to ensure we are giving useful and fast replies to anyone who reaches out via email or a chat. I help the company to better understand the current sentiment of our customers and I help our customers to understand what is Single.Earth and how the product works. I'm building a knowledge base that will help answer majority of questions our customers may have. My team works closely together with sales, marketing, success and partnerships teams to ensure we capture all potential leads and convert them to productive conversations
